What the site does

Owners use the calculator to see what each business structure would cost them a year in their state. When another structure would save them at least $1,000 a year, they can ask to hear from an accountant. Each request goes to one vetted firm in the owner's state, with the numbers behind it.

A request holds the owner's name, email, phone if given, their structure now, the one that came out cheaper, the yearly saving and their profit range.

Get in touch

Tell a little about your firm, the states you work in and how you would like to work together. A licence is checked with the state board of accountancy before a firm gets its first request.
