Estimates. The figures are estimates from published rates, for planning. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Check a decision with a licensed professional.

Referrals. A referral goes to one vetted accounting firm in the owner's state.

Use of leads. A firm may contact a lead about the business structure question the lead asked about, free of charge for that first contact. A firm may not sell or pass on leads.
